1.Fan faulty

  1）error log

  2）check the status of fan

switch# display fan

Fan  1 State: Fan Failed

Fan  3 State: Fan Failed

  3）replace the hardware of fan

2.Power supply faulty

  1)error log

Power supply on switch is malfunctioning

  2)check the status of power

  3)replace the hardware of power supply

3.High input error

  1)error log

High input error rate on interface Gi1/0/41. The inErrorRateState transitioned from NOMINAL to HIGH due to a measured value of 1.5009, which is between the configured low value of 0.001 and the configured high value of 100. The date and time of the measurement is 2023-08-26T20:51:00.383+0800.

  2)check the status of interface g1/0/41 if the input error is increasing

switch#show int g1/0/41 | in error
     734167 input errors, 317143 CRC, 0 frame, 0 overrun, 0 ignored
     0 output errors, 0 collisions, 1 interface resets

  3)do TDR test if the issue caused in cable site

switch#test cable-diagnostics tdr int g1/0/41
TDR test started on interface Gi1/0/41
A TDR test can take a few seconds to run on an interface
Use 'show cable-diagnostics tdr' to read the TDR results.
